I've gone without menu plans for the past couple of weeks and have gone off track of the budget. So I'm trying to get back to menu planning.Here is my "loose" plan for the week:

bagels/cream cheese
Toaster Strudels
granola bars
fruit
Lunches
sandwiches
veggie burgers
vegetable soup
fruit
leftovers
Dinners
Bacon, tomato & cheddar frittata
Baked chicken, steamed vegetables, macaroni & cheese
Baked Potatoes, assorted toppings
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies
Barbecue chicken, Pasta-Roni, Steamed veggie
Bacon, eggs, grits, toast, fruit
Leftovers
