New House, New Sewing Room

It has been forever since I posted on my poor, neglected sewing blog. But, in honor of #bfsi, I thought I would post a few pictures of my sewing room in our new (20 yr old) house.

We moved into this house about 8 months ago. It was (and still is) in need of lots of TLC. Keep in mind, I haven't had much time for sewing and my sewing room is waaaaay down on the to-do list.

Her is the view when you enter the sewing room.

Here is the view from the back of the room:

Here is a view of some weird cabinets and recessed area. My husband just hung my two bolts of batting. There is lots to be done to organize the room and I am not sure what I will do with this area, but the first thing will be to paint the paneling and the horrible green cabinets!

I should probably organize today, but I think I will spend some time participating in the Black Friday Sew-In.   #bfsi

Good for you for blogging a bit and for sewing for #BFSI! Giving yourself a little sewing time will help you organize all the other stuff in your mind, I think. Your seiwng room looks nice and big and I can't wait to see what it becomes. Take care,
Jaye
