Yesterday a surprise came in the mail. My sweet husband pre-ordered this wonderful cookbook for my birthday. Only, when the book came, he couldn't wait for my birthday (December). So, I got a surprise!I read through the entire book last night. It is a beautiful book. If you are not familiar with Ree Drummond, you have to immediately go to The Pioneer Woman. Don't read any further--go immediately to her blog!
Ree is a witty writer and lives what looks like an idyllic life. I would love to visit her at the ranch and just hang out. And her recipes! I can't wait to start cooking--this is not going to be good for my diet!
